Bremont to Auction Just One Squadron Watch
written by A.Morgan - 26th Aug 2011

It must’ve been a good day at the Bremont office when a certain Royal Air Force pilot called up and asked for a special edition watch, not just for him, but for his whole squadron. It’s become something of a necessity for a proud squadron to have a Bremont model commissioned just for them, and crew of 99 Squadron have done just that to commemorate the giant C-17 cargo planes that they operate.
Now, normally these watches are only available for members of the squadrons, but this time Bremont have made an exception. One piece has been set aside for the highest bidder, who will also win the opportunity to meet the squadron and take a tour of the airfield as well. What’s even better is that one hundred percent of the winning bid will go direct to the British Limbless Ex-Servicemen’s Association (BLESMA) and the Royal Air Force Association (RAFA), two charities as chosen by 99 Squadron themselves.
All bids are sealed and should be submitted to info@bremont.com, along with your full name, your address and a contact telephone number. The prize is excellent and the cause even better, so why not give it a go. Heck, I think I might have a go too.
If you don’t want to bid but do want to give, please visit 99 Squadron’s Just Giving page at http://www.justgiving.com/99squadronaircraftpull2011/
